Initial telephone consultation......free

Where possible, I prefer to give a free initial telephone screening consultation prior to meeting you. This is to ensure that I may be best placed to meet your needs or may be able to direct you to a more appropriate resource.

Initial 50 mins consultation .......free

The initial consultation is where I can get to know you and your difficulties in more detail, and from this I will be able to recommend the best course of therapy for you, or refer you to a more suitable resource if appropriate. It is also a chance for you to meet me and decide whether or not you wish to pursue your therapy further.

Therapy prices ...........£75 per 50 mins session

*Reduced fees available for people in financial hardship

Health Insurance Cover*

I am a registered healthcare provider for the following insurance companies:

- Aviva

- AXA PPP Healthcare

- Vitality

I will require confirmation of your policy from your insurance company prior to starting therapy.

Please note, some companies require excess or additional fees to be paid, and will only cover a limited number of sessions.

*Due to additional admin costs, I charge more per hour to insurance companies (typically £100)

Clinical Supervision…..£75 per hour

*Reduced rates for charities.
